Application Form

Please register me/us as a member(s) of the Montana State Houndsmen Association. Individual membership is $6.00 per year. Family membership is available to families at the same mailing address as follows:

First member is $6.00 - for each additional family member, add $1.00 (up to a maximum of $10.00). Lifetime membership is $100. Memberships expire June 1st of each year. Please include the following information with your application.
